I think it is the word &quot;psychological.&quot; &quot;Botheration&quot; seems like a contrived word, one which might be used to demonstrate a point or to inject attitude. It would not seem to capture an extraordinary level of nervousness or a high state of being bothered. Rather, it seems to capture a state in which one very much needs or wants to communicate the fact that they are bothered by something.
