From the look of it being painted across the two doors, and because one of those doors was opened a little bit, I thought the doors led to a room with the crypts for members of the B\u00e9la family.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_15172\" style=\"width: 745px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-15172\" class=\"size-large wp-image-15172\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wsbj.com\/sorabji\/mobi\/37\/2017\/12\/20171224_152657-1024x576.jpg?resize=735%2C413&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"St. Joseph Mausoleum\" width=\"735\" height=\"413\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-15172\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">St. Joseph Mausoleum<\/p><\/div>\n<p>I got up the nerve to open the door to check on what I thought might be a private corner for these folks. All I found was a bunch of gear. It&#8217;s a storage closet:<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_15173\" style=\"width: 745px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-15173\" class=\"size-large wp-image-15173\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/wsbj.com\/sorabji\/mobi\/37\/2017\/12\/20171224_152708-1024x576.jpg?resize=735%2C413&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Just a Storage Closet\" width=\"735\" height=\"413\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-15173\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Just a Storage Closet<\/p><\/div>\n<p>It reminded me that many of the outdoor mausolea at Calvary (and elsewhere, I assume) are used for storage. Maybe that&#8217;s part of the arrangement, or maybe family members keep stuff like buckets and mops around so they can do their own cleaning of the place.<\/p>\n<p>I found no information on the individual named on this mural, though I did not put a lot of effort into the search.
