Darling, the composer has stepped <br \/>into fire.<br \/><\/i><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><font style=\"font-size: 0.8em\">from <b>THE KISS<br \/><\/b><\/font><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><i><font style=\"font-size: 0.8em\"><br \/><\/font><br \/>I burn the way money burns.<br \/><\/i><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><font style=\"font-size: 0.8em\">from <b>THE BREAST<\/b><\/font><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Now what?<\/p>\n<p>Reading is fundamental to thinking,<br \/>correct? Is thinking not a<br \/>dialogue with other thought?<\/p>\n<p>Most words ramble past me like<br \/>ripples on a creek, but <br \/>here or there a word sticks,<br \/>a thought fills the foundation<br \/>a little more deeply,<br \/>distantly informing a <br \/>choice of words<br \/>at a now-unforeseen moment.<\/p>\n<p>I am no fount of<br \/>educated quotes or<br \/>murderously comic zingers.<\/p>\n<p>Rare if ever would those <br \/>Anne Sexton lines<br \/>fill my conversation,<br \/>punctuate or finalize.<\/p>\n<p>Words and thoughts<br \/>pour in to my mind<br \/>like bricks and cement,<br \/>trapped and torpid.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sitting at my table, writing, reading Anne Sexton, copying down interesting lines as they pass: Is life something you play?And all the time wanting to get rid of it? from LIVE My nerves are turned on.
