This is a screengrab from the opening credits of Saturday Night Live, Season 5. At the top left I spotted what looks like an exchange name phone number on a billboard. I find no evidence that an "OO" exchange ever existed, or what it might have stood for. OOmpaloompa?

If that's not a phone number, what is it? My guess is, this being SNL, that it is some kind of inside joke. Maybe that phone number, dialed in modern format, went to John Belushi's dressing room, or something like that.
