It's a 6-minute endlessly repeating loop of one especially tormented night trying to sleep. This isn't my normal sleep noise, and it is greatly trimmed down in length from what I think was a 6-hour recording. The beauty of this capture is that I had no idea it was happening. I had been using my phone to record Joe Frank off of WNYC when I got tired and went to bed, forgetting to turn off the recorder. I've since recorded a few other snore-fests and set up a separate radio for that. I was in real pain and needed a hard sleep after an injury had sent me to the emergency room.
