Spotify’s classical library contains so many spelling errors and mislabelings that it’s hard to decide where to begin in cataloguing them. I’ll start with LIZST, as it represents a most egregiously conspicuous spelling error that remains in place after I notified Spotify of the error on April 14 of this year. I used to notify Spotify of errors and vagaries in their product but I don’t bother any more. I just listen and take occasional bemusement at their more obvious errors.
