MAyfair 3-4940. Rotary Dial Telephone.
I spotted this rotary dial phone at a second-hand shop in Queens. I do not know if MAyfair is a variant on the MAyflower exchange in Brooklyn, or if this phone was from some place outside of New York. The phone cost $28!
