Just found my first-ever website, or webpage rather, moldering away on an old drive. It was last updated 9/9/1994 but had been online from early 1993 (I think), sometime after Mosaic came out. The original version of this magnificent webpage was at Panix, and had a picture of Yoko Ono’s butt and just a few links to gopher servers. Besides BBSes, GEnie, and Fidonet echoes I used my .plan file at Panix as a writing platform before gravitating to the WWW, and used Lynx a lot more than Mosaic or those others. I don’t think any of these links work and I’m not even going to try, haha:
