This latex glove turned yellow after I put it on. At first I thought my skin had turned yellow, and that I had the contagion, even though I didn’t think COVID-19 symptoms included yellowed or jaundiced skin. Turns out it’s a chemical reaction between latex and your skin when you’ve been handling coins or metal objects, like keys. It could also mean you have acids in your sweat but this didn’t happen to my left hand so that’s probably not it. Phew.
