This alert proved to be inconveniently untrue. An e-mail from myself to PayPal was addressed later the following day, and this erroneous notification disappeared. Good enough, but this obfuscatory notification ultimately prevented me from making a purchase, as I no longer desired to buy the product the next day after the impulse to do so had passed.
