After several days and considerable consternation I did, in the end, get new insurance. This came at the expense of firing my dentist of 10 years and who knows what other compromises will arise. Getting to this state of mediocrity had its perils. The language on the web site was entirely unclear about a great many things. To the credit of all involved, though, the folks I got to on the phone were completely competent and happy to help clarify things.

I encountered a slew of unexpected server errors. I only had the presence of mind to grab these three but there were more.
