This looks like an error message written in the 1990s, when pagers were status symbols among techies. A pager on a techie’s belt proved they were needed, that they were valued. This message was spotted in March, 2015, at which time one hopes alerts such as this were not really being sent to pagers, as those devices were most likely powered off and moldering away in closets and dresser drawers.
