Thinking I should sanitize and make presentable to the searchies most of what is on this site, and dump it under a new section of the Payphone Project. I can’t play the SEO game anymore. I want to produce content without the techie brinkmanship of swatting at keyword flies. Sorabji.com and almost all my other sites have been zeroed by the searchies, for reasons I cannot explain and to which I am powerless to respond. The payphone site has, too, but it still has some life.
I don’t like talking about myself on the Payphone site. It has been its own spinoff of the original “Place of General Happiness” and that is how it has twirled. My connection to the subject matter has been and remains so personal and intimate to me that discussing it in public is like talking about brushing my teeth or wiping my glorious butt. So instead of what I know about the subject I post gratuitous spackle about the state of payphones in West Virginia or of phone booths in South Dakota when I give barely a dick about such things.
