I wouldn’t know who but the reason is obvious why someone is illegally dumping their pianos. Disposing of pianos legitimately through private carters is expensive. By leaving them here City Sanitation is obliged to haul them off at no cost to the disposee. Unlike the previous pair of no-name grand pianos this Yamaha was actually playable, maybe even salvageable. With major rain coming the next couple of days I don’t think this piano will be salvageable for much longer.
