Today is the 18th anniversary of the day I left Tampa on an Amtrak train for Philadelphia. October 20, 1990. I stayed with a college friend in Bucks County, PA for the weekend before hopping a SEPTA to Philadelphia and an Amtrak to NYC. The Parc Lincoln came soon after, then 9 Cabrini Blvd. in Washington Heights, then 5057 Broadway in Inwood, then 509 East 78th on the upper east side, then Atlanta, then here. Here is comfortable but I need to get out somehow. Not physically but in every other way.

I don’t have my keyboard with me, so I am picking this out on my Treo keyboard. A very long text message. I have not been getting out much the last month or so, so I have not sent much to this spot. This is my away place.

Here I am at a place that is looking forward to its own anniversary. One year ago Nov. 7 this little café opened for bidniss. The playlists have not changed since then.

I still do not have anything. Since 1990 nothing has happened and here in 2008 nothing is in the pipeline.

Thumbs too tired for any more.
