I’ve long been interested to know if there is an audience out there for this kind of thing. It’s me playing piano, but not masterfully so. Not even close. But not exactly incompetently, either. I am PRACTICING. In the solitude of the practice room I make mistakes, stop and start, make stuff up, and so on. It’s the kind of earnest machinations most musicians would not want heard, but I put it out there to see if anybody finds it interesting, engaging, or challenging.
Years ago I used to broadcast live from my apartment. I remember someone commenting on how she appreciated the wrong notes and the screw ups. She thought that made it sound honest and real. It might drive other musicians crazy. See what you think.
