I and several others out in the world have been getting strange calls from a number that officially belongs to the Consulate General of the People’s Republic of China in New York. The number has either been hijacked via spoofing or else something strange is going down at the Consulate’s office. I can’t understand what this voice is saying but it landed in my Skype voicemail a couple of nights ago.
