This story showed up on my newsreader today, even though it appears to have been published two years ago. Well, sharing it anyway since it seems to align with what I always suspected about the organic movement, which according to this story is a phenomenon seen almost entirely in rich nations. I’ve never bought the premise, usually presented as unassailable, that organic is simply better.
