I’ve never done one of these follow-the-score videos, so if it looks a little ragged, well, I’m learning. It is Chopin’s Opus 45 Prelude in C-Sharp Minor. This was one of my mother’s favorite pieces. I wouldn’t know if there has been a discovery of this piece but in my days of playing and attending concerts this piece seldom appeared on programs. I played from the Paderewski Edition, which differs in some ways from this Breitkopf and Hartel imprint I found on IMSLP.org.
