This is probably the only scene from the movie Fame that was not filmed in Manhattan. I spotted this a few years ago, and as far as I can tell this little bit of trivia still does not appear in any of the usual filming locations websites. This is at the Astoria Boulevard subway station, today adorned with stained glass.
