What would the last 33 years have been like had we never parted ways? This relationship, if I can call it that, interests me intellectually more than any I can remember. We seem to get each other, although with age comes acceptance and compromise, and with us I think there was always an ability to just go with the other person’s motivations and enthusiams even when we didn’t quite hit the bullseye of understanding.
