I keep Telegram installed for innocuous reasons. But any time someone I know appears on Telegram I try to warn them that nothing good ever happens on this platform. I don’t ask but I try to imagine what brought them there. Was it a dating app scammer? A Marine being held hostage in Afghanistan by ISIS (scam). What scam are they potentially being lured into? But I don’t ask. These are growed-ass adults. I just give a general warning, and accept being ignored.
