How does something like this happen? The words “NO PARKING” enormously mis-spelled and easily fixable?
Maybe it’s about the kink. No par kink, only subpar kink allowed.
Or maybe it means that pens and other ink-bearing writing implements are not allowed in the park. No Park Ink.
