Just messing around with this piece by a composer new to me. Ludovico Einaudi’s Ancora is an often played piece by the Italian composer. My rendering is not perfect, and the pageturns can be an irritant, but this is certainly listenable. Originally I had plugged a cable from the mixer directly into the DSLR. This created a lot of white noise, and there seemed no way to fix it in the camera. Recording audio and video onto separate devices seemed like it would present challenges for synchronizing the two files, but this turned out fine, and I remembered later having done this already in other projects.
