I spotted this mirror after talking to a friend from the neighborhood who got Covid tested a few months ago. Surprisingly, he had the antibody, his first clue that he got infected. It made him think back on February and March when he seemed to remember a slight fever and a general feeling of sluggishness. Seems he had a mild case of the Corona virus and didn’t even know it.
His assessment of the new reality said it all: “It sucks.” I seem to recall him being a skeptic of the virus in its early weeks. If so that skepticism is gone. He told me mutual friend of ours just had surgery to repair broken ligaments and internal organ damage that resulted from being in a medically induced coma for almost a month.
I didn’t say anything about my experience, though April and May.
