Con Ed Bill for Zero Dollars
A conEdison bill for zero dollars arrived yesterday. Since the pandemic started they did not read meters, only did estimates based on (I think) usage from the same time last year. During this time I also sharply cut back on my energy consumption. So when they did read the meters they reconciled my lowered usage and found I’d overpaid. I even have a negative balance that will go to this month’s bill.
