It’s too bad my good luck only seems to involve trivial things. After spotting a fully-intact Detex Watchclock Station a few days ago, and feeling a little wave of joy because of it, I randomly spotted another one yesterday. This one, with no key inside, is of a different style from my only other two previous sightings, one on a long fence at New Calvary Cemetery, the other closer to home at the Kaufman Astoria Studios on 35th Street. This is in Brooklyn, on Greenpoint Avenue and North Henry Street, outside the Newtown Creek Wastewater Plant with the distinctive onion-shaped minarets. Unlike the other two stations this one is plastic.
