I don’t yet know what it will be. I could ask but I’d rather make discovery a process. That space has been a bar for over 40 years, so maybe it will be a pub again.
Not a perfect location but with the new Food Hall a block away maybe there will be some crossover customers.
In the last few pictures I got what are likely the last photos ever of the LIC artpiece that looked like a postmark to me. I always thought the creator should have trademarked that design.
So it’s being painted and the windows are new and I don’t know happened to the inside and its horseshoe-shaped bar.
