One of the oddest typos I encountered, from 2007, at a dollar shop on Broadway that is now a Duane Reade. I’m guessing someone asked for a sign for “Kitchen Utensils” but whoever took the order heard “Kitchen Stencils”. What the hell are kitchen stencils?
