I’m posting stuff like this with the hope of encouraging others with access to 24-hour video archives to post their records to archive.org. Typically you have to click at least twice to get the video to start. The thumbnail function does not work. If you’re considering setting up automated processes to do this sort of thing on archive.org do not use MKV. Use MP4 with aac audio encoding (assuming you want audio at all). A typical line looks like this:
ffmpeg -f concat -safe 0 -i 20230626.txt -c copy -c:a aac 20230626.mp4
